Specific responsibilities
The incumbent must be able to perform the following tasks:
Ensure that the documents are properly completed (batch #, quantity produced, date).
● Compile the data in the SPC system including the weighings.
● Carry out surplus returns.
● Take and record data on CCP (detector, cooling) and check the conformity of the packaging (coding, labeling)
● Manage performance communication.
● Daily and next day planning.
● Lead the employees of the team (Health and Safety, GMP, HACCP).
● Participate actively in the search for solutions with his supervisor.
● All other related tasks.

Education, experience, skills required
● Punctuality.
● Ability to manage a team (10-15 people).
● Ensured the quality of the team's work.
● Secondary V.
● Knowledge of HACCP, SQF 200, BPM, SST.
● Bilingual French and English (oral and written).
